not sure the language, dutch maybe? southafrican dutch maybe? dunno. diggin the melodic atmospheric thing with the gutteral mellow chant-rap. reminiscent of some early tricky without the gravelvoice…i know that sounds like why bother, but I’m digging it at the moment…
